What have I found from my research and what can
I do with it?
Learning about the ins and outs of ice cream has been a unique experience but in order to fully utilise my research I want to put my research in to action to do this. I have decided the best way to demonstrate my research is by creating branding for a unique ice cream parlour!
PT2 of your brief is to create and brand a new (theoretical) Ice Cream parlour in the sunny state of California. They will sell freshly made ice cream with crazy and new innovative avours using liquid nitrogen. (This brief is directly in uenced from part 1) Your unique selling point for the parlour is that the ice cream is both fresh and made the customers way with liquid nitrogen, this produces very creamy and delicious ice cream, as proved in my research. Not only this but made through science - promote the ice cream parlour as science lab for ice cream. Your target audience should be children around 10+ and upwards, do not discriminate an older audience either as everyone likes a good ice cream! The brand shouldn’t be targeted at either females or males.
