This weekend I travelled down to Manchester with Hattie to have an explore round the design fair, this was one of the first chances I had had to explore the city! After a short walk round the northern quarter and a bar later - we arrived at London Fire Station where all the design began, the space itself spoke character and creativity and it was great to meet and network with new people.
After countless circling, I purchased a local students 'zine/mag' called Counterpoint. These designs stood out most to me, because of the illustration. I am really keen and interested in illustration & typography. The print and zine have been printed by risograph this process really draws me in - I would love to know more about risograph printing so I can use this in my own practices.
