Saul Bass is one of the most classic and influential graphic designers. His style is very distinctive and cut out - bold, passionate and influential, one key thing I've noticed about his designs is that his film posters are incredibly effective the information is clear and striking but so is the artwork.
Neville Brody
Brody has a strong influence of type in his poster designs, the use of contrasting and bold type is incredibly punchy and full of characteristics. His designs are both playful and informative still getting across information - I personally find some of his work illegible and hard to read.
Josef Muller Brockman
Again like other artists Brockman has used powerful and distinctive shapes to create impact. His music posters are both powerful and outstanding and really engaging with an audience. His designs are modern even though done a rather long time ago, this really depicts and shows how modernist design works.
