With our logo and design elements decided on we
had to consider how they would work on our chosen
bottle, this included the layout of the label.
We initially created a full wrap around the glass although this looked good realistically it would be hard to recreate not only this but the most successful bottles on the market use the glass to fully show off both the product and illustration. Because of this I suggested we remove the coloured wrap and have the illustrations go straight on to the glass - my intention was to have the illustrations feel like they were spreading away from the label.

Bottle Development
To add more colours to our designs we tried to add
shapes of colour to both the bottles and illustrations
this added a real pop to the overall design.
We also considered a similar design to Ciroc’s fade although together this became too much so retracted this idea as it looked over complicated.
After deciding on a format in which to layout our illustrations and shaped bursts of colours, we decided that we could strip back our label to be more elegant and modern. In order to do that we removed the description from the front of the bottle and moved it to the reverse as well known brands also do this.

At this stage we felt it was important get some
feedback before re ning our design further. I created
a short questionnaire for people to ll out, we also
created n online survey as well for further range of
audience. We asked about gender age and even
where they felt the product would be sold. Almost
every questionnaire that was given back was exactly
our target audience and age, this was helpful to
know we had hit the right audience.
With some small improvements our bottle was well on its way. One of the most important pieces of feedback was the type hierarchy of OH as it sat underneath the avour it was suggested that OH came rst to really emphasise the importance of the brand and readability.
